Returns
& Exchanges
All sales purchased from Northwoods at Home are final sale.
If an item is received damaged,
please notify us within 24 hours so that a claim can be processed. Please hold
the original carton and damaged merchandise for inspection; otherwise no claim,
replacement or refund can be honored. It would be advisable to report the
damage to the courier, or to refuse the shipment and have it returned.
Shipping and Handling
Northwoods at Home orders received
Monday through Friday are typically shipped within 48 hours on all in-stock
merchandise. Most weekend orders are processed the next business day.
Northwoods at Home uses Federal Express for delivery of most merchandise.
Any orders placed for Second Day Delivery must be received by 11:00AM CST to
ship the same day. If you need a package shipped via our Overnight service
please contact us at 866.923.2637.
Standard ground delivery time
averages between 7-10 business days. Our standard carriers require a physical
street address and telephone number. Items ordered together do not always
arrive together. All standard delivery charges will be applied to the first of
multiple shipments.
A non-refundable deposit will be
taken at the time of ordering a custom manufactured product. Since a piece is
being made custom to your specifications, made to order products cannot be canceled
unless it is done within 3 days of placing the original order.

Exceptions: Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii addresses will take additional
time. There is an additional $12.00 shipping charge for items traveling
to these destinations. Shipping times indicated above do not include
processing times. While most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering,
some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. We do not ship on Saturdays,
Sundays, or U.S. holidays.

Northwoods at Home will be closed Monday, September 6th in observance of Labor Day. Orders placed after 11:00 am CST on Friday, September 3rd will ship out Tuesday, September 7th.
