How can I order products
from your website?

here to browse our online store. Select the items you wish to purchase to create your own shopping cart. To place your order you will need to fill in your customer and shipping information, confirm your order, and complete payment through PayPal, Inc. All payments are managed by PayPal, Inc. using their secure payment processing web server.
How long will it take to process my order?
Northwoods at Home orders received Monday through Friday are processed and shipped within 24 hours on all in-stock merchandise. Weekend orders are processed the next business day.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped we will send you an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can then go to FedEx.com to track your order.
How do I change or cancel my order?
To make any changes or to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at 630-232-9464. If your order has not yet shipped, we will be happy to cancel your order for you or edit your order to your specifications. If your order has already shipped, you will need to return any items you no longer want back to us for a refund less the shipping charges. If you would like to add to your order after your order has shipped, we will be happy to assist you with any additional items you would like to purchase and have them sent in a separate shipment.
I am interested in an “In Store Only” product. How do I place an order?
“In Store Only” products are items that we have available in our showroom or are available to order in person. These items can not be purchased through our website due customization as well as size and shipping issues. If you are unable to visit our showroom please contact us for more details.
Will my name and address be sold to other companies?
No. It is our policy to protect our customers' privacy. We will never release your email, mailing address nor phone number to other companies or organizations.
